I have always been a Kodak person and when we went out to get my first digital camera I got at the time the top of the line with Kodak a 4.0 mega pixel and when the 5 came out I picked it up for Carl... and for several years we snapped very happy with these cameras but I am abusive with my things... stuffing them in my purse or throwing it into the back seat of the car for days on ends... dropping it several times accidently of course but all the less dropping it.... last year when I decided it was time for a new camera Kodak didn't have anything around here that I wanted or was looking for which was strange because I always don't know what I am looking for...that is when I picked up the coolpix P80 by Nikon.. I was not happy with it at all until I discovered the sports mode on it...ohhh heck what a feature for me... and as I played with it more and more I learned more and more about it and actually like it quite a bit... but this morning after breakfast I picked up Carl's Kodak and realized how much I missed the camera... so today's photo was snapped from the oldy but goody....

Yesterday the wind was unreal for Easter along with the snow... and as we were going home from dinner we drove down to Salmon Beach turn to see the water.. and boy was it wild... and sports mode was handy last night this is one of over 100 photos I took while sitting watching the waves splashing against the rocks... I wouldn't get out of the car for these photos it was way too cold... hoping that summer time I can get more of them...
