Finally Got Out of the House

I finally got to go out a bit this week with the camera... walking about is still not all that great.... but they are calling for a terrible snow storm and I wanted to take some of these photos before the snow covered everything

This is what is left of the old Bass River School... it was there on Monday and Tuesday morning when we went by it had disappeared... all the snow last window caved in the roof.. it was not able to be saved...

Just out side our back door the last of the flowers are sticking up from the large amount of snow that is out there and I thought before the next snow storm I wanted to snap a photo... and finally took the time to do it...

This afternoon I was coming in the house and this is what came to the door to greet me... with my blue fuzzy hat on I just couldn't resist snapping a photo of him... he actually put it on facebook for his id photo... enough to scare any one away...

Well that is it for another few days... there is a blizzard warning for tonight so maybe I will get some really good stuff for the next time around...

I know, I know I am so very slow... and I was told that tonight from my son when we were talking .... I didn't think there was any one interested in what I was doing so now here is the last ten days... all of them are taken around here because that is where I have been most of the time with my leg being bummed up... hoping that soon I will be out and about taking more picture other then the man in my life, the dogs and things around the house...

Two days we have had these birds in our feeders... not sure what they are and I have not taken the time to look them up... but depending on the way they are positioned the red on the tip of their heads and breast will show more... beautiful...

Monday we went over to visit Carl's parents only to be told there was yet another box of photos they found... as I was scanning Carl was looking though the photos going through a lot of memories..

Taken a few minutes ago... the lump in the bed on the other side of Maggie is Carl having a very long nap... and Maggie though you think at times is sleeping is actually keeping an eye on everything that is going one...

Today the puppies got punished for misbehaving while Carl was away getting the sticker on the jeep... and I got fed up with them and put them in jail for a while to quiet them down...

This is not punishment time again... this is meal time... when we eat in the kitchen they travel about but the minute we sit at the dining room table they get into their kennel and don't leave until we call them out...

We were having toast and penaut butter for breakfast and I didn't want all of mine so Carl gave it to the puppies... then he came into the dining room with camera and a spoonful for the puppies... the photos I got were just too funny ....
